Display Energy Certificates

A Display Energy Certificate (DEC) is required for all public buildings with a gross internal floor area in excess of 250m2 and are frequently visited by members of the public. It is the responsibility of the building occupier to ensure a DEC is procured and the information is displayed in a prominent position and clearly visible to visiting members of the public.
