With 16 years working in the industry, if it’s energy related, Richard can do it! Richard is a keen runner and often participates in ultra marathons in and around Norfolk. When he fancies a bit of a slower pace, Richard likes to walk along the glorious Norfolk coastline and can often be found volunteering for the National Coast Watch Institution.

Sophie has nearly a decade of experience in the energy industry. When she’s not focusing on the energy calculations for new builds and extensions, Sophie can be found browsing the local auctions with her husband and little boy looking for the next upcycling project. With a keen eye for detail, her passion lies with interior design and making their house in Norfolk a lovely family home.
