Domestic Energy Performance Certificates
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required when a property is offered for sale or rental. It is the responsibility of the vendor or their agent to ensure an EPC is procured and the information made available to prospective buyers or tenants.
As accredited assessors Navitas EAS are able to guide you through the certification process, including a floor plan service as an optional add-on to enhance sales particulars.
